Applicants for employment as a counselor in the Georgia 4-H summer camping program, who have not been employed previously in the program, will apply on UGA’s Integrated Position, Applicant and Workforce System (iPAWS) and will complete a Form A.

• You should return your completed Form A to your County Extension Agent for his/her signature.
• Your County Agent will complete a separate reference form and return it in the same envelope with your completed Form A to Jonie Binion at Rock Eagle 4-H Center.

The iPAWS online application should be completed and Form A should be returned by Friday, November 20, 2009.

iPaws instructions:

1. Click here to access iPAWS
2. Click the “Search Posting” link on the left of the web page.
3. Under the Search Postings heading, find the “Location of Vacancy” drop-down box and select “Outside Athens”, then click “Search” at the bottom of the page.
4. Under Search Results, find the Camp Counselor position then click “View.”
5. Click “Apply for this Posting” just above the Position Information heading.
6. If you HAVE NOT applied online for a UGA job before:
   1. Click on “Fill Out New Application” under the New Applicant heading. You will be sent to the Create New Employment Application page.
   2. You will create a user name and password before you can proceed to the first page of the application.
7. If you have applied online for a UGA job before, you will login using your existing user name and password to proceed to the first page of the application.
8. When completing the application:
   1. Please answer all questions marked with an asterisk (*). You may not submit the application without answering those required questions.
   2. Please complete the sections labeled Personal Information, Educational Institutions, Employment Experience, Supplemental Questions and Agreement. We will ask for references and about your skills, knowledge and abilities on Form A.

2. Complete Form A using a computer. If you do not have a computer available for your use at school or at home, your County Extension office should be able to make one available for your use in the office. Form A should be handwritten only if all other options are exhausted.
3. Use only the space allotted to answer each question.
4. Print a copy of Form A and return it to your County Extension agent for his/her signature. Your County agent will return your form to:
