Thank you again for the outstanding job your did as a representative of our county at the Georgia Youth Summit. Your ideas and input have been presented to the Georgia Rural Development Council and were part of the program for Fall Forum just last weekend.  The Summit not only brought youth and adults of Georgia together for action but also serves as part of our information for the National 4-H Conversation in Washington, D.C.

As a delegate, you have the unique opportunity to apply for participation in this National Conversation.  More than 1600 youth and adult will convene in Washington, February 27th-March 3rd to further discuss what we as a nation can do to improve the quality of life for youth.  The program includes visit with our congressmen and women, roundtable discussion and a celebration of the centennial of the 4-H program.

Your ideas and input are being compiled to be included in Georgia's report for the National 4-H Conversations.  Your ideas for service and your Power of YOUth pledges are also being recorded.  By the first of year, we will have a tremendous gift from Georgia 4-H for our nation in the form of your ideas, time and service.
