Field Study Class Selection Worksheet

Instructions for completing the worksheet
1. Review the list of classes.

2. Decide how long your field study should last in order to accommodate the classes you want your students to take. Typically, schools visit Wahsega for three days and two nights. Other field studies are available and the number of classes can be customized for your group. For more information, go to the Rate Schedule webpage.

3. After you know which classes you are interested in, print this webpage or download the PDF version of this document and print it, fill in the form and mail it to us along with your signed contract. You may want to use this sheet as a worksheet and email the information to Jaclyn Holt, our Program Coordinator. We will contact you about your schedule and the other details of your field study well in advance of your attendance dates.
