Buildings and Grounds

  • 16 rustic cabins which sleep a total of 222. Cabins 1-14 have 14 beds each; cabins 15-16 have 13 beds each.
  • Dining Hall with seating for 200 guests
  • Pavilion 4 Kitchen (available at an additional fee)
  • Recreation hall with sound equipment
  • Entomology/Arts & Crafts Classroom
  • Herp Lab (Herpetology Laboratory) -- featuring a collection of exotic & native species of reptiles and amphibians
  • Turtle-topia -- An outdoor extension of the Herp Lab
  • Astronomy Lab -- a darkened inflated dome with constellation projection equipment
  • The Discovery Room -- A classroom with self-guided, hands-on stations which augment the Environmental Education classes offered
  • Low- and High-ropes Courses -- a program that builds self-confidence, enhances communication and problem solving skills and increases team-building skills.
  • Climbing Wall -- a 35-foot climbing challenge
  • 3 fire-rings with seating for 40 each
  • Amphitheater with 2 fire pits and seating for 200
  • 4 Hiking Trails
  • 4 open air pavilions with seating for 40 each
  • Basketball and volleyball courts
  • Baseball field
  • 3 horseshoe pits
  • Large recreation field
