The shows and events listed below are subject to and regulated by the Rules and Regulations of Georgia 4-H and FFA State Livestock Shows. This rulebook supersedes all other rules.

Eligibility:
 
  • All exhibitors must be residents of the State of Georgia.
  • The State Junior Livestock Shows are open to 4-H and FFA members who pre-entered and registered their animal with their local county agricultural education teacher by the specific entry deadline.
  • Age Requirements:
  • State Market Hog, State Heifer and State Steer Shows -- 4-H members must be 9 years old by entry deadline. Any member who has completed one quarter in college or has been out of high school six months is not eligible to compete.

  • State Market Lamb and State Breeding Ewe Show -- Same requirements as above, plus pre-club aged children in grades 1 to 4.
