4-H Update (April 2006) effective the new competitive year (August 1, 2006

to Housing, Equipment and Environment

Food Fare salad preparation will
include specific guidelines to insure food preparation is included. Items
to be added will include homemade salad dressing (no bottled or premixed
dressing), no pre measured ingredients and salad must include one raw vegetable
or one raw fruit.

Hair nets are required for all
labs but will not be provided

A visible firearm lock or firearm
visibly in the safe position for any fireare used as a visual in Target
