Certified 4-H Club Leader Training

Georgia 4-H Certified Club Leader Training is for new or experience leaders who coordinate 4-H clubs for special interest groups and communities. Leaders will spend "24 hours" immersed in club programming including information for Completing a Club Action Plan, Recruiting and Empowering other Volunteers, Youth-adult partnerships, The Essential Elements of 4-H, Policies and Procedures for 4-H Clubs, 4-H Club activities and curriculum resources and much, much more. 

Optional lodging is available on both Friday and Saturday night for $20/night. Additionally, 4-H Overnight  Chaperone Training will be taught on Saturday night during the SAFE Certification training.

Prior to training, club leaders and Extension contact will complete the 4-H Club Survey to bring to the training.  4-H Club leaders should have also complete the 4-H Overnight Chaperone Training prior to the weekend or register to attend the 4-H Overnight Chaperone Training with SAFE. This additional registration is completed thru the online registration site.
